How Text Messaging Is Initiated

Patients and authorized caregivers provide their mobile phone numbers to OUTREACH Rehabilitation during the patient intake and care coordination process. Mobile phone numbers may also be provided as part of referral information submitted to OUTREACH Rehabilitation in connection with requested therapy services.

Patients and authorized caregivers may also initiate communication by sending a text message to an OUTREACH Rehabilitation phone number. When an individual initiates a text message exchange, OUTREACH Rehabilitation may respond regarding the individual’s inquiry, appointment scheduling, referral, or coordination of therapy services.

OUTREACH Rehabilitation uses text messaging only for non-marketing, service-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance.

Text messaging is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
