Hygienic safety is our first priority and we have an ethical duty as health care providers to implement the necessary safety and hygienic protocols. It is vital that we are protecting ourselves, patients, and their caregivers when we enter a patient’s home.
The following mandatory items are brought in with us during our workday:
- Disinfectant wipes
- Foam soap or antibacterial sanitizer
- Non-contact thermometers
Depending on how our patient presents, as needed, there are additional personal protective equipment that we will bring with us during our workday.
