Outreach Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy

David Wallace, Doctor of Physical Therapy

David is a graduate of New York Medical College, and a New York State licensed Physical Therapist specializing in a wide range of post-surgical and gym related orthopedic injuries. David is also working toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), and regularly sees number of different upper extremity and hand conditions, including but not limited to tennis elbow, distal radial fractures, arthritis of the hand and fingers, trigger finger, and ligament sprains.  He has had mentorships from several renowned Certified Hand Therapists, and enjoys fabricating basic hand and wrist splints.  Always committed to furthering his knowledge base and patient care, David has taken a number of continuing education courses through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy, and is Graston trained.

Having graduated from the University of Vermont with a BA in Asian Studies, David is also conversant in Mandarin.

David is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and the Hand section. In his free time, he enjoys reading, weightlifting, cycling, training martial arts, and learning a new tune on guitar.

Greg Misch, Physical Therapist

Dr. Greg Misch graduated from Hunter College School for Health Sciences with his Master’s in Physical Therapy. He then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, where he graduated in 2012.

Greg is also a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise since 1995. He is an avid swimmer and skier, who has worked with many post-operative and sports-related injured patients.

Regina Khaimova, Physical Therapist

Regina graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from Touro College of Manhattan in 2004. Regina’s clinical focus lies in spine care, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports therapy and post surgical rehabilitation. She is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert MDT) through the McKenzie Method for diagnosis and treatment of spinal dysfunctions.

Regina has worked in numerous specialized settings including outpatient setting, acute hospital care, short and long-term rehabilitation setting, and pediatric home health care. She draws knowledge from treating in a variety of areas including intensive care, cardiac units, oncology, general surgery, pulmonary, postoperative neurosurgery and postoperative orthopedics. Regina has extensive experience in treating patient population ranging from pediatrics to adolescents to geriatrics and everything in between.
